2. Processed data

To provide the size recommendation, the widget may require numeric values such as height (cm) And weight (kg) and, optionally, fit preferences. We do not collect your name, email, or other identifying information through this service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed exclusively to calculate in real time the recommended size and improve the shopping experience. The legal basis is Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR ( performance of a service requested by the user ).

4. Treatment modalities (local)

Processing takes place locally within the Overground website/app. The data they are not saved on databases, cookies or logs and they are not sent to external servers or third parties.

5. Communication and transfers

We do not share data with third parties nor do we transfer it to non-EU/EEA countries in relation to this service.

6. Conservation

No storage: the data entered is used only for the duration of the session required to calculate the size and then they do not persist .

7. Rights of the interested party

Since the data is not stored, deletion is not required. Users can contact us for any information or clarification at info@overgroundstore.com The rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR remain unaffected.

8. Minors

The service is intended for users over the age of 14. If you believe a minor has provided us with information through this service, please contact us for further investigation.
