If you encounter any problems with your order, you can return one or more items purchased within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order and request an electronic voucher or a financial refund (the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made or by bank transfer in case of payment on delivery).

The return of products purchased on Overground is at the customer's expense. The cost of the return ticket is €10.00 for national shipments.
