Overground is committed to ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. If you encounter any problems with your order, you can return one or more items purchased within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the order and request an electronic voucher or a financial refund (the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made or by bank transfer in case of payment on delivery).

The return of products purchased on Overground is at the customer's expense. The cost of the return ticket is €10.00 for national shipments.

  4. Return Label: After completing the return process, our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping address.

Refund Methods and Times

The refund will be made within 5 working days of receiving the return at our warehouse and after the relevant checks.
